Unless both you and Pizza Inn agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened misappropriation or infringement of intellectual property rights or to address issues involving the safety or security of individuals or the general public. Claims that qualify for small claims court may also be brought in that forum.
